WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A SERENDIPITY CELEBRATIONS PARTY?

We aim to provide a hassle-free magical experience. We will come deliver, set up and style your chosen theme party. Then we will come the next day to pack it all up. In preparation for our arrival, on the day of your sleepover, you will need to clear the room the party will be set up in.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH PACKAGE?

Complete set up and breakdown of the party. Tents, mattresses, decorative pillows, throw blankets, bed trays, led lamps, twinkle lights and themed decor.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR SERENDIPITY CELEBRATIONS PARTY?

Pick your date, your package and any add-ons by filling out the form. We will confirm your party rental dates, times and other details and go over any questions and/or special requests you might have through email. I will send an invoice after you confirm and your deposit, which is 50% of the balance, is due at this time. Once your deposit is received your reservation is set.

Two weeks prior to your party, I will contact you to reconfirm your party details and agree upon delivery and pick up time. I will send an invoice and your remaining balance is due at this time.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS IT DUE?

To reserve your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of both the signed agreement and deposit.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

The final balance is due 14 days prior to the party date. If the event is booked less than 14 days in advance, full payment is required at booking. A $100 damage deposit is also due with the final balance. Final payments not received 14 days prior to the party will result in party cancellation without exception.
An invoice for the remaining balance will be issued once the deposit is received.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

Cancellations can be made at least 30 days prior to the party date and a full refund will be given.  For cancellations between 29 and 8 days prior to the party, any funds paid to-date may be applied to the cost of another party if held within 90 days of the original party date, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations within 7 days prior to the party date, no refund or credit will be given.

HOW LONG IS MY RENTAL FOR?

Your rental will be overnight. For an additional cost, we can discuss two night rentals.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED FOR SET UP?

Each teepee and mattress is about 3.5 ft. by 6.5 ft. The mattresses are regular twin size. Remember to allow space in front of the teepees for guest to walk through.
